Cleanroom Glass Panel System
Cleanroom glass panels are made as 4+4 tempered or laminated glass to project needs. Thickness is 50 mm, compatible with the panel system, with no recesses or projections at joints. Smooth easy-clean surfaces meet cGMP, FDA and WHO. The glass edge frame is a special aluminium profile; dust-free, antistatic and antibacterial.

Hygienic panels are applied as wall and ceiling panels. Rock wool, EPS and XPS can be used as core; PUR/PIR cores are also available. All panel systems meet cGMP, FDA and WHO. Faces are 0.5–0.6 mm PVDF-coated steel; 60 mm thickness; aluminium edge frame; cable ducts between panels; dust-free, antistatic, antibacterial and walkable; A1 fire rating.

HPL Modular Wall Panels
Veykon cleanroom wall panels are made by closing both faces of a custom aluminum frame with 4 mm HPL (High Pressure Laminate) compact laminate; the cavity is filled optionally with rock wool or high-density EPS. The outer face is non-dust-holding, does not allow bacterial growth and is easy to clean. Special joining profiles and gaskets let panels be mounted and demounted independently while remaining airtight, which helps during installation and later revisions.
