Pipe Prefabrication and Spool Fabrication

Pipe prefabrication and spool fabrication are carried out in a 5,000 m² covered hall dedicated to piping at İzmit Area B. Field applications include TPAO Sakarya Gas Field spool fabrication and erection, TÜPRAŞ tank–jetty pipelines and SASA PTA plant piping. Prefabrication is planned and reported to shorten on-site erection time.

The SHS/RHS page states ERW production from HR or CR/DKP strip to TS EN 10305-5 and TS EN 10219-2. Squares 10×10–300×300 mm, rectangles 10×20–200×300 mm, wall 0.60–10 mm; standard 6 m (3–12 m). Cold-rolled grades are for high surface finish and coating; hot-rolled can be primer-painted or galvanized. Uses: furniture, building, automotive, machinery, agriculture, space-frame and racking.
