PPE ProductC-Series vertical-fold FFP3 respirator with an Air-Eng exhalation valve ultrasonically welded to the mask; the leaf valve vents warm humid air even at low flow. The knitted textile head strap is colour-coded by protection class and has an adjuster; the nose clip is shaped to the face for a seal. The form is stated not to collapse against mist, spray and aerosol. It carries CE marking and an EU type-examination certificate to EN 149:2001+A1:2009. Nominal protection factor for FFP3 is 50 x OEL. Typical uses listed include mining, metal casting, welding fume, ceramics and automotive.
