Chemical Raw Materials ProductZinc oxide is used as a main raw material in many industries such as tyres, rubber, ceramics, stabilisers, paint and agriculture. It facilitates vulcanisation by promoting strong cross-links between rubber molecules. Range: EGEZinc® 110 (min. 99.8% ZnO, white powder), EGEZinc® 110 GR (min. 99.8% ZnO, white granule) and EGEZinc® 530 (34-39% ZnO, white/grey powder). Shelf life is 12 months from production.

Rubber-to-Metal Adhesion Promoters (EGEBond®)
Additives ProductCobalt carboxylates are adhesion promoters used to improve and maintain the bond between rubber and steel wire, especially in steel-cord tyres. They increase crosslink density, structure the copper sulfide layer and inhibit zinc segregation. Range: EGEBond® 1893/1895 cobalt stearate (9.3-9.5% Co, pastille), EGEBond® 10205L cobalt neodecanoate (20.5% Co), EGEBond® 10225C/P cobalt borodecanoate (22.5% Co) and EGEBond® 8105 cobalt octoate (10.5% Co, liquid).

NT-OKSİ Cooling and Oxidation Salt
Industrial Chemicals ProductNT-OKSİ is used for cooling parts and increasing corrosion resistance after nitriding. Used as a quenching medium with the nitriding bath, it works between 370-425°C and oxidizes the surface to black iron oxide (magnetite). Oxidized and polished material can be oxidized a second time for further corrosion resistance. Powder form, 25 kg bags.
