Product description
Alkaline zinc plating is an electrolytic coating used to protect steel and iron parts against corrosion, applying a controlled zinc layer. Çinkosan runs 40 t/day on the rack line and 35 t/day on the barrel line. The cyanide-free process can be applied in line with RoHS.

Zintek coatings are zinc-aluminium flake layers applied without electrolysis, providing cathodic corrosion protection. Çinkosan is the Turkey representative and produces 50 tonnes/day with Zintek 200 and Zintek 300HP. The process does not carry hydrogen-embrittlement risk.

Zinc-Nickel Coated Parts
Alkaline zinc-nickel plating offers much higher corrosion resistance than conventional zinc. About 12–15% nickel in the coating supports long-term protection in severe conditions. Çinkosan applies this coating in barrel plants at 12 tonnes per day.
