Industrial Adhesives ProductBostik FloPox is a solvent-free, fluid two-component epoxy adhesive used especially to provide adhesion between old and new concrete. It is used for bonding old and new concrete, protecting reinforcing steel against corrosion, bonding dissimilar materials such as concrete, stone and metal, and for all kinds of rebar dowelling and placing of anchorage elements. It contains no solvent, can be applied by brush or pouring, is watertight and can even adhere to damp surfaces. Compressive strength 80 N/mm² at 7 days; working time 60 minutes at +20°C. Supplied as a 7.5 kg tin set (A 5.0 kg / B 2.5 kg).

Its epoxy-based resin and amine-based hardener formula forms strong, lasting joints. Fast cure means the reaction starts in about 10–15 minutes at 23 °C. After full cure it shows high resistance to water, moisture and many chemicals. Gel time 10–15 minutes. Shore D 85 ±5. Service temperature −20 °C to 120 °C (intermittent 150 °C). Pack 16 g; 144 per carton, 130 cartons per pallet.
