Cleanroom doors use a strong leaf and frame, durable hinges and quiet operation, with concealed hinges and closers for different wall thicknesses, to GMP and FDA norms. Hinged doors are single or double leaf with an aluminium frame. Sliding doors may be manual or automatic, single or double leaf, in antibacterial HPL, galvanized sheet, stainless metal, aluminium or glass. Electronic interlock locks between rooms, with traffic lights, emergency release and timers, prevent loss of pressure differential.

Cleanroom Panel Systems
Cleanroom panel systems are designed for hygiene control and contamination safety and are produced to ISO 14644 and GMP. Panels resist mould, yeast and bacteria and withstand formaldehyde, hydrogen peroxide and alcohol-based disinfectants. HPL panels are faced with antibacterial compact laminate; aluminium panels with electrostatically powder-coated aluminium; galvanized panels with polyester or PVDF-coated steel; glass panels with tempered or laminated glass; stainless panels with painted or stainless sheet. Sandwich cores may be polyurethane, EPS-XPS or rockwool.

The glass is toughened against breakage and all sharp edges are factory-rounded. Special joining profiles and gaskets allow airtight, independent mounting and demounting, which helps during installation and later revisions.

HPL Modular Wall Panels
Veykon cleanroom wall panels are made by closing both faces of a custom aluminum frame with 4 mm HPL (High Pressure Laminate) compact laminate; the cavity is filled optionally with rock wool or high-density EPS. The outer face is non-dust-holding, does not allow bacterial growth and is easy to clean. Special joining profiles and gaskets let panels be mounted and demounted independently while remaining airtight, which helps during installation and later revisions.
