Adhesive Dispensing Equipment ProductVersaBlue melters apply precision dosing with gear metering and variable-speed drives on demanding jobs. Tank sizes are 12, 25, 50 and 100 litres. Pump size can be chosen per outlet; large melters upgrade to four pumps. A touch screen shows temperature and motor speeds on one display. Staged melting and a special tank-grid design minimise adhesive burn and degradation. AAT is Nordson’s sole authorised Turkey distributor.

Adhesive Dispensing Equipment ProductRegular 30 3K automatic colour-change and dosing examples include 4 colours (200 L lift barrel mixing), 1 variable colour (lift mixer for 20 kg cans), 1 hardener (45 L stainless), 1 reducer thinner and 1 wash thinner (45 L stainless). Another example built a 3K line with 1 colour, 1 hardener, 1 reducer and 1 wash tank. 3K dosing is used for ratio control in mastic/adhesive and plural-component coating processes.
