At its new facility, ERKUT Savunma manufactures cable harnesses to ASELSAN and ASELSANNET supply standards with a skilled engineering team. Processes cover harness production that validates system and device designs, including military-standard component selection, schematic and interconnect design, 3D modeling and routing. Assembly runs from material cutting and preparation through crimping, soldering, shielding, sleeving and labeling; continuity, insulation resistance and high-voltage tests verify every harness.

Cable Harness Production

Cable assemblies are produced in accordance with customer requirements and IPC-A-620 and J-STD-0001 standards with experienced staff and technical infrastructure. Circuit continuity, insulation and environmental conditions tests of the produced cable sets are carried out and reported. Within the scope of the capabilities, outdoor cable sets of hundreds of meters on the platform can be produced from small-section cables that require precision. All cable and connector sets used by the defense and aerospace industry can be terminated and produced.

RF Cable Assemblies

Production, documentation and testing of RF cable sets up to 26 GHz can be performed. Mass production is carried out with high accuracy with the production infrastructure for qualified personnel and automation, and with the wide cable end opening and termination equipment infrastructure, all cables and connectors used in defense and aerospace applications can be produced. Insertion Loss and VSWR measurements on RF cable lines can be performed according to military and manufacturer standards and customer requirements.
