Washing-Machine Control Panel

Control-panel assembly runs on 3 lines at 12,000 pieces/day; three electronic-board assembly and test cells are on the same service card. Acro TK has made white-goods panels as an Indesit/Whirlpool main supplier since 1983. The Manisa plant runs injection and assembly in a 3,700 m² extra building. The panel is grouped to the board and keypad recipe.

White goods is the second sector Sur Kalıp names after automotive. The 15,000 m² Avcılar and 10,000 m² Manisa plants produce together. More than 400 employees are stated. Parts are moulded to the appliance body tool.

The industrial division makes plastic parts for white goods, electrical/electronics, heating-cooling, HVAC and automotive. Plants are in Muradiye/Manisa and Eskişehir. Exports go to Italy, France, the UK, Poland and Egypt. Parts are moulded on high-precision injection presses.
