Designs take customer demand and sector needs into account as well as in-house experience, to produce authentic qualities. Production is on owned knitting machines; monthly output is about 300,000 metres of knit fabric. Fine-gauge knitting began in 2009.

Pretreatment includes scouring, bleaching, mercerising and singeing. Chemical finishes include softening, water-repellence, crease resistance, antibacterial and anti-pilling. Raising draws fibres to the surface on needle cylinders so the cloth looks napped.

Knitting ProductionColouring in textile finishing is dyeing and printing. Reactive dyes colour cotton, viscose, modal, tencel, wool and silk; the dye bonds chemically to the fibre and fastness is generally good. Exhaust dyeing is governed by salt, alkali and the time-temperature curve. Brazzoli HT and Yıldız Eco Fast DYE kettles run from 25 kg to 1,200 kg.
