Captain Chairs (Extreme, 1098H, 1098M, Achtrone)
Extreme, 1098H, 1098M and Achtrone captain chair models are in stock and ready to ship one day after request. Features: 360° turntable, adjustable armrest, footrest and headrest, air or mechanical suspension, weight adjustment up to 150 kg, seat (60-80 mm) and pedestal (135 mm) height adjustment, 190 mm slide travel, pneumatic lumbar and backrest adjustment. All options can be added or removed per the ship's requirements; RINA type approved.
Fresh Water Units (ZET-FWU)
Fresh water units custom-designed to the dimensions requested by the customer; the entire system is gathered on a single foundation, only electricity and water inputs are given, and hot and cold water are taken. Every part is quality tested before delivery, together with the customer-designated testing organization. ZET-FWU systems are used on 500+ vessels and 20+ military vessels; the welding workshop is DNV-GL approved.
Passenger and Helmsman Seats
Passenger seats are weatherproof outdoor seats resistant to rain, snow and wind, built with rustproof aluminum legs and aluminum armrests, with special designs for each project and any number of combined seats. The helmsman chair rotates 360°, has a folding backrest, openable lower cushion and 250 mm seat height adjustment; it is in stock and ready for delivery in a day.

Sunscreen and Roller Blind Measurement and Quotation
Window dimensions sent through the downloadable quotation form are used both for the price quote and for manufacturing measures. If you prefer not to fill the form, the window plan can be emailed as PDF or DWG. Zetmarine can also take sunscreen and roller blind measurements onboard; products are custom-made to these dimensions and free spare parts come with every order.
Wiper and Seat Spare Parts Supply
Spare parts for existing wiper systems, or a new wiper system built to your window dimensions, are supplied and shipped all over the world. Stocked parts: wiper blades in all sizes from 33 to 150 cm, 220 V single to quintuple control panels, adjustable linear wiper arms, sensors, V-belts and 220-250 V, 50-60 Hz wiper motors. For captain chairs, spare parts such as the turntable lockable from 0 to 360° can be quoted from the spare parts list.
Fresh Water Unit Design and P&ID Engineering
The customer sends technical requests to Zetmarine; the design department sends models and P&ID diagrams so the customer can place the product on the ship model. After approval, production begins. Technical drawings, booklets and user manuals are provided; the company can work with any testing organization and tests are done by both Zetmarine and the customer-designated organization.
