Uzunlar Textile is a Turkish fabric manufacturer with integrated yarn spinning, knitting and dyeing-finishing operations in Çerkezköy OSB since 1992. It supplies compact combed yarns and tubular/open-width knitted fabrics to domestic and export markets.
About
Uzunlar Textile entered the industry in 1992 with four knitting machines and 300 m² of covered space. Today it operates yarn spinning, knitting and dyeing-finishing plants with more than 500 specialists across 65,000 m² of covered facilities on a 75,000 m² site in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone.
Monthly capacity is about 1,150 tons of yarn, 900 tons of greige knitted fabric and 900 tons of dyeing-finishing. The 40,000 m² yarn plant commissioned in 2022 uses Rieter, Muratec and Trascar automation on compact combed and blend lines for cotton, modal, viscose, bamboo, lyocell, polyester, silk and linen fibers.
The knitting plant runs 122 circular knitting machines at about 30 tons/day for single jersey, rib, interlock, pique, lacoste and mini jacquard fabrics with or without elastane. Dyeing-finishing operates tubular and open-width lines at about 30 tons/day with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 compliant dyeing and optional GOTS organic finishing; finished fabrics are released after laboratory quality tests.
