3D Laser Scanning
TPK Endüstri provides engineering and measurement consulting from product development to serial production with 3D laser scanning and data analysis. The specialist team analyses project needs and advises on measurement technology, inspection methods and production processes. Dimensional Control and 3D Measurement
3D measurement establishes a body’s coordinates and dimensions as close to reality as possible. 3D quality control evaluates manufactured parts with optical scanning, laser scanning, probing arms and CMM. Scanning yields a point cloud; deviations from nominal are examined with Best-fit, RPS, 3-2-1 and similar methods. Reporting goes beyond calipers and micrometers to CMM and 3D scanners.
