About
History: We started by producing recycled polyethylene since 1975 and took successful steps for long years. Despite of changing conditions we have always committed to our principles and never stopped research aiming at providing the best products and services. Thus braided hoses were introduced as well as spiral hoses introducing new types depending upon the market needs. Changing from a small workshop into a factory that extends at 2200 m2 may reflect a part of our success.
Activity Area: We have applied the best plan to make use of our 2200 m2 indoor space. We have four separate floors for manufacturing Polyethylene Pipes (Both HDPE and LDPE), PVC Hoses, Suction Hoses, AC Drainage, LPG Gaz. The products are marketed locally and exported regularly.
Goals: By providing variety of products and starting to manufacture P-100, our innovative company will continue to produce the most quality products. Production Center: modern high-capacity production lines including more than twenty machines; four-floor production center.

LDPE PN6/PN10 Polyethylene Water Pipes (TS 418-2)
White and light blue. TS 418-2. PN6: 20 mm 300 m 0.124 kg/m; 25 mm 200 m 0.188 kg/m; 32 mm 150 m 0.310 kg/m; 40 mm 100 m 0.475 kg/m; 50 mm 0.740 kg/m; 63 mm 1.170 kg/m; 75 mm 50 m 1.660 kg/m; 90 mm 50 m 2.370 kg/m. PN10: 20 mm 300 m 0.174 kg/m; 32 mm 150 m 0.439 kg/m; 63 mm 1.670 kg/m; 90 mm 50 m 3.400 kg/m. Application: pumping wells water, vast lands watering, underground infrastructure, city waste-water network (handles high pressure). Produced on coil-winding lines in İkitelli.
Economic Braided Hose
ECONOMIC: 1/2" ID 12.5 mm 100 m 0.085 kg/m; 5/8" 15 mm 0.115 kg/m; 3/4" 19 mm 0.155 kg/m; 1" 25 mm 50 m 0.230 kg/m. INTENSIVE: 1/2" 12.5 mm 0.115 kg/m; 1" 25 mm 0.310 kg/m; 1 1/4" 32 mm 0.490 kg/m; 1 1/2" 38 mm 0.640 kg/m. Inner: transparent PVC + high strength synthetic strings. Outer: high quality transparent PVC, weather resistance. Application: home, garden, field, greenhouse, construction; all kinds of irrigation. Diameter range 12.5–38 mm.
HDPE PN10/PN16 Polyethylene Water Pipes
TS 12201-2 and A1. Black. PN10: 32 mm (1") 100 m 0.183 kg/m; 40 mm 0.280 kg/m; 50 mm 0.430 kg/m; 63 mm 0.690 kg/m; 75 mm 0.980 kg/m; 90 mm 50 m 1.400 kg/m; 110 mm 50 m 2.100 kg/m. PN16: 20 mm (1/2") 100 m 0.107 kg/m; 32 mm 0.260 kg/m; 63 mm 0.990 kg/m; 110 mm 50 m 2.980 kg/m. Application field (site EN): city water distribution for potable and waste water (high pressure); pumping wells water; vast lands watering; infrastructure works. Flexible installation fittings. Produced with coil winding at the İkitelli İpkas plant.

PE pipe manufacturing (20+ machines, 2200 m²)
Activity area: four separate floors for polyethylene pipes (both HDPE and LDPE). Goals: starting to manufacture P-100. Production centre: more than twenty machines, four floors, 2200 m² indoor; İkitelli OSB Mahallesi İpkas Industrial Site. Product pages give PN6/PN10/PN16, TS 12201-2 / TS 418-2, 20–110 mm coil sizes. HDPE black PN10/PN16; LDPE white and light blue PN6/PN10. Produced on coil-winding lines.
PVC braided garden hose manufacturing
About: braided hoses were introduced as well as spiral hoses. Economic / intensive braided hose inside diameter 12.5–38 mm (1/2"–1 1/2"); ECONOMIC 12.5–25 mm, INTENSIVE 12.5–38 mm. GARDEN line-mark hose 1/2" 12.5 mm. Thermo hoses: 1/2" 12.5 mm 0.160 kg/m to 1 1/4" 32 mm 0.550 kg/m; garden, field, greenhouse irrigation. Inner transparent PVC and synthetic yarn, outer transparent PVC. Produced on hose extrusion lines at İkitelli İpkas.
Spiral/suction hose manufacturing
About: braided hoses were introduced as well as spiral hoses; the activity area includes suction hoses. The category lists Non-Toxic Steel Spiral Hose; 3/8" and up are named.
