Hydraulic Power Units (HPU)
Soydan designs, builds and FAT-delivers turnkey hydraulic power units for steel plants and rolling mills: manifold blocks, valve stands, accumulator banks, continuous-duty pump groups with plate coolers and PLC/SCADA integration. Delivered scopes include continuous-caster (CCM) HPU fleets, pusher-furnace units, roll-shop power units and high-flow flushing HPUs. Built under one quality regime with Bosch Rexroth, Parker, Sun and Settima equipment.
Hydraulic & Pneumatic Component Supply
From the İzmir warehouse Soydan supplies Bosch Rexroth, Festo, Parker, Hydac, Sun Hydraulics, Settima Meccanica, Hydro-Leduc, Aircomp/Stampotecnica, CBF Hydraulic and Gates ranges: directional and proportional valves, pumps and motors, accumulators, filters, hoses, fittings and Shell/Mobil hydraulic oils. The full Festo pneumatic valve, FRL and actuator range comes with application engineering; legacy and cross-reference supply covers Eaton/Vickers, Moog, Atos, Hawe and more.
Hydrocyl™ Hydraulic Cylinders
Hydrocyl™ custom hydraulic cylinder families from the İzmir AOSB plant: HYC-N (ISO 6020-1, Ø25–200 mm, 160–210 bar), HYC-T CETOP tie-rod (ISO 6020-2, Ø25–320 mm, 160–250 bar), HYC-F round-flange (ISO 6022, Ø50–400 mm, 250–350 bar), HYC-W welded heavy-duty (Ø40–400 mm standard, project Ø1,000 mm / 12 m stroke / 400 bar), HYC-M mill-type to OEM drawing and HYC-S servo/position-controlled. European honed tube and hard-chrome rod; EN ISO 3834-2 welding with NDT Level II; 100% pressure tested to ISO 10100; custom builds under 10 weeks ex-works.
Wessel-Hydraulik Valves
Soydan Hidrolik is Master Distributor of Wessel-Hydraulik in Türkiye (since February 2017). Load-control, pipe-rupture, load-holding and lowering valves for mobile and industrial duty; on concrete-pump boom cylinders Wessel valves are also supplied as an integrated package on the cylinder body. Stock and project supply with Load Control Technology catalogue and engineering cross-reference; part codes can be checked via Instant Quote.

Turnkey Hydraulic System Solutions
Turnkey hydraulic solutions for steel plants and rolling mills: mill-duty cylinders, valve stands, reheating-furnace hydraulics, continuous-caster power units, flushing HPUs and centralised lubrication systems.
