Chamber and Car Bottom Furnaces
Heat treatment furnaces in chamber and car bottom configurations for a wide range of parts, from small aerospace components to large castings and heavy industry parts. Suitable for annealing, hardening, post-weld heat treatment, normalising, stress relieving, quenching, tempering, drying, curing and die heating. Capacity up to 120,000 kg per charge, 200-1300 °C; electric, natural gas, LPG or diesel heating; compliant with ASTM, AMS-2750 and CQI-9.
Fire Resistance Test Furnaces
Furnaces designed for fire resistance and smoke leakage testing of walls, floors, doors, windows, beams, columns and similar building elements in vertical or horizontal orientation; in use at test laboratories in more than 10 countries. ISO, hydrocarbon and special heating curves; loaded test weight up to 300 tons; natural gas, LPG, diesel or propane heating; PLC and SCADA based fully automatic pressure, temperature and deflection control. Compliant with standards such as ISO 834, EN 1363-1366, ASTM E119 and UL 263.
Walking Beam Furnaces
Continuous heat treatment furnaces designed for heating square, flat or round bars and sheets before forming. A specially designed walking beam system advances the material at equal intervals for homogeneous, controlled heat treatment, and oxygen control keeps decarburisation low. Modules such as roller loading/unloading conveyors, presses, coiling machines, quench tanks and automatic feeding can be integrated; fully automatic PLC control.

Furnace Modernisation, Relocation and Installation
Modernisation of existing industrial furnaces, furnace relocation and re-installation, and burner gas adjustment services. The Sistem Teknik service team handles moving a furnace to its new location, installing and commissioning it, and adjusting combustion system gas settings so the furnace runs efficiently and safely. The services draw on Sistem Teknik's more than 40 years of heat treatment furnace manufacturing experience.
TUS, SAT, Vacuum Leak Testing and Flue Gas Analysis
TUS (temperature uniformity survey), SAT (system accuracy test), vacuum leak testing and flue gas analysis services for industrial heat treatment furnaces. These tests verify furnace performance so that heat treatment processes compliant with standards such as AMS-2750 and CQI-9 can be maintained. The services are carried out by Sistem Teknik's 24/7 service and support team.
