Aluminium Billet
Aluminium billets are produced in the foundry with 5 melting furnaces, 2 casting lines (Wagstaff and Hottop), 4 batch-type and 1 continuous homogenisation furnace. Using Wagstaff AirSlip casting technology, billets are cast in alloys 1050, 1350, 6005, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6082 and 6463, in diameters from 5 to 10 inches (127–254 mm) and lengths up to 7 metres. Annual volume is 130,000 tons; production follows TS EN 573-3 and special alloys can be made on request.
Aluminium Extrusion Profiles
Aluminium profiles for architectural and industrial use are produced on 9 extrusion lines with press forces from 1,100 to 4,400 tons, in 1xxx, 5xxx and 6xxx series alloys as well as special alloys. Profiles up to 14 metres long can be extruded and the plant holds an archive of more than 25,000 product dies. Annual profile capacity is 103,000 tons; all equipment parameters are recorded in proprietary software for traceability.
Alutechbond Aluminium Composite Panel
Alutechbond aluminium composite panel consists of two aluminium sheets with a low-density polyethylene core and is used for interior and exterior building façades, decoration and advertising boards. It is produced single- or double-sided from 0.21, 0.30, 0.35, 0.40 and 0.50 mm sheets, 3,200 mm long and 1,000, 1,250, 1,500 and 2,000 mm wide; annual line capacity is 6,000,000 m². Besides the standard type, A2 non-combustible and B1-FR fire-retardant versions are available, usable from -50 °C to +80 °C with warranty options up to 20 years.

Aluminium Anodizing
The fully automatic anodizing plant treats profiles from 2,000 to 7,500 mm with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons under the QUALANOD specification and TSE guarantee, offering standard colours plus optional colour work. The special anodizing plant installed in 2021 has an annual capacity of 12,000,000 parts and performs hard and special anodizing at 5–80 µm thickness, up to 400 HV hardness and 500–1000 gloss. Processes meet RoHS and REACH requirements.
Aluminium Profile Machining
The machining plant performs bending, welding, laser marking, assembly, thermal barrier insertion, drilling, countersinking, notching, slotting, tapping, flow drilling and deburring to customer drawings with tight tolerances. The machine park includes a 9-axis CNC turning centre, a 5-axis CNC profile machining centre up to 14,000 mm, multiple 4-axis CNC machining centres, double-head saws, eccentric and press-brake presses and barrier crimping machines.
Electrostatic Powder Coating
The automatic electrostatic powder coating plant and new vertical coating line paint aluminium profiles in RAL colours of various gloss levels as well as customer-specific colours. Profiles up to 9,000 mm long can be processed and plant quality is certified by the European QUALICOAT label. Chrome-free pretreatment and solvent-free powders are used; annual capacity is 50,000 tons.
