SIMGE started his career in 1991 with the production of DC drives. For a while, SIMGE successfully carried out project design, commissioning, and technical service operations required for this production, making a significant contribution to the Turkish industry. With the development of industry in Turkey, SIMGE realized the gap for engineering firms capable of implementing complete factory automation and decided to stop DC drive manufacturing and focus on providing complete automation solutions.
Combining the products of globally specialized companies in industrial drives and automation with years of knowledge and experience, SIMGE successfully completed significant projects by carrying out complete machine installations and automation. In factory installation and automation works, aimed to support the competitiveness of our industrial enterprises in international markets by prioritizing quality, efficiency, and occupational safety in production rather than luxury configurations.
Currently, with his experienced team, continues to provide services in system solution recommendations, consulting, project design, software, assembly, commissioning, service, and product sales for industrial facilities. It has successfully carried out complete factory installation projects, especially in the aluminum, copper, iron, and steel sectors, both domestically and internationally. Also started mechanical manufacturing in 2008, becoming a company that offers complete solutions in both mechanical and automation fields in the industry with the experience and strong team built over the years.

Energy Consulting

Factory Installation and Cast House Line
Simge builds aluminium casthouses for sheet plants with continuous casting machines and auxiliaries sized for varying thickness and width, indexed to final-product quality. Scope includes horizontal slab casters (local-content and technological-product certified), twin-roll casters, ingot casting and automatic packing, liquid-metal launders and heated covers.
Investment Consulting
Simge advises aluminium-sector investors on machine parks: keeping plants competitive in end markets, capacity increases, entering new markets, overhauling existing lines and directing new investments, including price-performance detail. The firm can meet used or new machinery needs of the plants it advises.
