The plant is in Gebze, Kocaeli. The head office is at Cevizli Mahallesi, Orhan Gazi Caddesi No: 24/B, Maltepe, Istanbul. Minimum order is 280 panels; standard lead time is 7 working days after confirmation. Palletised delivery is offered nationwide.
Thickness options are 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 160 and 200 mm. U-values calculated to TS EN ISO 6946 are published on product pages. Facing materials are TSE and CE marked.

Betopan EPS Sandwich Wall Panel
Pressed SIP wall panels with Betopan faces and an EPS core are made for prefabricated buildings and site containers. The standard section is an 8 mm face and a 100 mm core; thickness is selected from 60–200 mm. The site publishes U = 0.379 W/m²K for 100 mm Betopan EPS. Daily capacity is 1,000 panels with a 280-panel minimum order.
Fibercement PUR Sandwich Panel
Pressed sandwich panels with fibercement faces and a PUR core are listed for energy-efficient housing and villas. The site publishes U = 0.266 W/m²K and energy class A+. Thicknesses are 60, 80, 100 mm with optional 120–160 mm. Moisture-resistant fibercement is used outside; the core is high-density polyurethane.
OSB EPS Sandwich Panel
Pressed panels with OSB faces and an EPS core are made for temporary buildings and attic insulation. The site publishes U = 0.389 W/m²K. Higher mechanical-strength OSB skins are pressed onto the EPS core. Lead time is 7 working days with palletised packing and nationwide haulage; prices exclude VAT and freight.

Custom-Size Panel Production
Thickness is selected from 60 mm to 200 mm, with 120–160 mm as a special run. Face and core combination is chosen from 35 options per project. Technical advice and WhatsApp quotes come from the Maltepe office; production is in Gebze. Pallets with corner boards and stretch wrap ship by truck.
Panel Installation Service
SerPan offers professional installation together with panel supply. Pressed wall panels arrive plaster-free, ready for paint or wallpaper. Haulage can be organised on request; freight is charged to the buyer. Installation is planned with 7-working-day delivery on orders of at least 280 panels.
Pressed Wall Panel Manufacturing
Pressed SIP wall panels are made at the Gebze plant in 7 face × 5 core combinations. Betopan, fibercement, OSB, plasterboard and Boardex faces are combined with EPS, XPS, rockwool, PUR or PIR cores. Daily capacity is 1,000 panels with a 280-panel MOQ. U-values are calculated to TS EN ISO 6946 on the product card.
