CPS Cell Pocket System
High Count pocket system
High Count combines a point-elastic pocket-spring layer with a cell-pocket (or any pocket carcass) layer that holds the spinal curve. Independent coil layers put firmness, flex and resistance in one mattress and cut waist pressure in sleep. Reversible use can give the same or different comfort on each face.
Standard pocket spring unit
Serko standard pocket units sleeve each coil in its own nonwoven so springs act independently. Coils may be barrel, cylindrical or other comfort shapes, with zoned wire diameters in one unit. Point elasticity supports the body, reduces partner disturbance and follows the spinal curve; sleeved coils form a hygienic carcass.

Pocket carcass manufacturing
Serko started pocket-carcass production, the mattress industry’s main raw material, in 2015. Standard, micro, CPS, High Count, Duracoil, Fit Pocket, FlexiFirm, Octo and DPS lines run in the 37,109 m² Kayseri Free Zone plant. Output uses Boyçelik wire and is covered by OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (17.HTR.29130, class I baby) including baby-article carcasses.
