12 Head Automatic Corrosion Resistant Filling Machine (SAL-410)
6–12 head automatic filler for corrosive liquids such as bleach, javel, rust remover, acid, HCl and toilet cleaner. Contact parts in PVC, 316-Ti and titanium; time-gravity overflow filling with vacuum, fill volume adjustable on the PLC touch screen and a PVC balance tank with float mechanism. Neck-entry fill fully sealed by silicone gaskets, no-bottle-no-fill photocell control, vertically and horizontally adjustable nozzles and machine guard with door interlocks are standard.
4 Head Automatic Piston Filling Machine (SAF-205)
Linear, volumetric automatic piston filler with all visible parts in AISI 304 stainless, four 316 stainless cylinders and four inside-closing nozzles. LG PLC with touch-screen operator panel, 50–1000 cc fill adjustment, ~110 lt level-controlled filling tank and ±0.3% filling accuracy. 380 V 3-phase, 2.5 kW, 6–8 bar air; suitable for glass, plastic, PET and PE bottles with products such as ketchup, mayonnaise, honey, tahini, liquid detergent, shampoo and motor oil.
Semi-Automatic Double Head Filling Machine (SSF-265)
Stainless steel semi-automatic filler, suitable for food regulations, that draws liquid and semi-liquid products directly from the production tank with vacuum. Needs no electricity, only a compressor; ±0.5% filling accuracy, suitable for hot fill at +5/+90 °C, with fill range set by hand wheel with digital readout. Capacity from 3250 bph at 5–50 ml to 800 bph at 500–5000 ml; can be built with single or double hoppers for viscous products.
