About
RT Makina started its corporate activities in 1974, and while manufacturing for the iron and steel industry with machinery investments in 1986 and 1994, polyurethane elastomer manufacturing was added with new investments in 2008. As of 2014, production continues under the name RT Makina until today.
The company entered the medical sector in 2015 with the machining of Hydrogen Peroxide (H²O²) Sterilization Device. RT Machinery is the manufacturer of technical materials, silicone, rubber and polyurethane parts and machines for textile, iron-steel, paper, mdf, medical, plastic, oil/drilling sectors.
As of 2021, it manufactures on its 6,400 m² site (2,400 m² closed area) in Adana Organized Industrial Zone in precision CNC machining, metal processing, rubber coating, polyurethane coating and grinding, and sand mixing mixer manufacturing.

CNC Machined Parts
With over 10 high-tech CNC machines, complex and precision parts from aluminium, cast iron, steel, stainless steel, titanium and magnesium/nickel-based materials in plate, sheet, casting and forging forms are machined to customer specifications. 3D measurement with CMM device is available.
Grey and Steel Casting Parts
At the RT Makina foundry, grey iron castings (GG15–50), steel castings (WCB, special alloy steel) and stainless steel castings (SS304, SS316, SS321, etc.) of 5–7,000 kg are produced. Production starts with drawing, design and final approval in the R&D unit.
Polyurethane Roller Coating and Parts
Polyurethane elastomer roller coating and polyurethane part production are carried out with high-tech machinery, high raw material quality and special formulas. Silicone rollers for PP lines are also offered within iron-steel sector solutions.
Services
Casting Service
In the in-house R&D unit, production starts with drawing, design and final approval. Control of drawing, design, casting and workmanship forms the basis of quality production capability. All types of metal casting continue with sister companies.
Rubber Coating
Rubber coating service is performed in the production area of the 6,400 m² AOSB facility. Rubber coating applications for industrial cylinders, textile rollers and oil/drilling equipment are carried out.
Polyurethane Coating
Polyurethane elastomer coating and part production is carried out with special formulas and high raw material quality. Polyurethane manufacturing capacity added with 2008 investments serves iron-steel, paper and textile sectors.
