For 37 years, Strong, Innovative…. Palaplast is one of the most dynamic plastic pipe and fitting industries. Production began in a 50 m² machine shop of the Palatiana Brothers, who manufactured moulds for plastics.
Today Palaplast produces plastic pipes and fittings for agricultural irrigation and has expanded into potable-water transport, heating and fibre-optic cable protection pipes. With a range exceeding 4,000 order codes, annual capacity exceeds 10,000 tonnes. From its headquarters in Thessaloniki the company aims to keep a competitive edge with customized agricultural irrigation, potable water and heating solutions, complete service quality and continuous improvement. Layflat PVC Irrigation Hoses
SUN-FLOW and PM GROUP layflat PVC irrigation hoses are produced in 2 inch (53 mm), 2½ inch (65 mm) and 3 inch (78 mm) inside diameter. The SF-10 blue line is about 5.4 atm working pressure and the SF-55 grey line about 10 atm; packing is 50 m coils. They are laid as flat hose for field mains and drip/sprinkler offtakes.
LDPE Irrigation Pipes
DRIP-PAL LDPE irrigation pipes are produced in 16, 20, 25 and 32 mm OD in black and brown. Coil lengths are 25/50/100/300 m for 16 and 20 mm, 25/50/100/250 m for 25 mm and 25/50/100/200 m for 32 mm. They are used as mains/laterals for online drippers, micro-sprinklers and drip lines in garden and field irrigation.
Paladrip PE Drip Irrigation Pipe
Paladrip is a PE dripline with embodied emitters. 16 mm is produced at 2.0 and 3.4 l/h, 20–100 cm spacing, 400 m coils (100 m option at 33 cm). 20 mm is offered at 1.8, 3.3 and 7.4 l/h in 300 m coils (100 m at 33 cm). Black field line and brown Garden-Plast packing are listed.

Dripline Manufacturing
Paladrip embodied-emitter line is produced at 16 mm 2.0–3.4 l/h and 20 mm 1.8–7.4 l/h. Emitter spacing is 20–100 cm; coils are 100/300/400 m. The Menemen production centre runs PE dripline extrusion for agricultural irrigation together with the Greece-based product range.
LDPE/HDPE Irrigation Pipe Manufacturing
The range includes LDPE DRIP-PAL 16–32 mm coils and HDPE 80/100 irrigation/potable pipes. Annual capacity exceeds 10,000 tonnes; more than 4,000 order codes cover agricultural irrigation, potable water and heating lines. The Türkiye production centre operates together with shipments to more than 70 countries.
Irrigation Network Technical Support
Palaplast specialized staff provide technical support for every irrigation network. The company is ISO 9001 certified. Support for product selection and network installation is given from catalogues and technical sheets covering drip, sprinkler and hydroponic systems through artificial-rain applications.
