Aluminum Heat Sink
Aluminum heat sinks with high thermal performance developed for the electronics industry. A team specialised in heat sink design and manufacturing produces custom designs on CNC and skiving machines; skiving enables much thinner fins and higher thermal performance. Services
Electronic Board Assembly (PCB-A)
Electronic board assembly compliant with IPC standards on high-tech SMD and THT lines in group company facilities. Nitrogen soldering, 3D AOI, 3D SPI, conformal coating, automatic selective soldering and PCB-A washing are carried out at IPC 610 Class 3 level with X-ray devices, environmental test cabins, BGA repair stations and humidity cabins. Applications: transportation, medical, telecommunications, energy, automotive and consumer electronics.
FAE and R&D Support
The Field Application Engineering team organises workshops on the relevant products and technologies, provides hardware and software support during design, shares sample code and performs debugging. The R&D and Technical Support team designs electronic circuits within electronic design-in processes, tests the resulting prototypes and reports results in detail, and obtains the documentation needed for all in-design processes.
PCB and Stencil Supply
Supply support for PCB and stencil requests suited to customer projects. Quotes can be requested on the website with dimensions, quantity, layer count and thickness; the process consists of collecting requirements, preparing the quote and sending it.
