Layer Pad / Divider Sheet
Layer pads are divider sheets MOS cuts from PP corrugated board. They separate goods inside pallets and cartons. Cutting is at İsmail Kahraman Cd. No:13. Size is cut to the pallet plan.
PP Corrugated Box
PP corrugated boxes are MOS’s third main item made from sheet. Reusable plastic cartons are used in shipping. The Manisa OSB plant does box cutting. Box section is opened to the customer product.
PP Corrugated Sheet
MOS Plastik makes PP corrugated sheet in Manisa OSB section IV. Sheets are the stock for layer pads and boxes. The plant opened on 1 December 2023. Thickness and flute type are drawn to the packaging recipe.

Box Cutting and Supply
PP corrugated box cutting is MOS’s third service. Reusable cartons ship from Manisa OSB. Contact is [email protected]. Box blanks are prepared to product geometry.
Layer-Pad Cutting
Layer-pad cutting turns corrugated sheet into pallet dividers. MOS provides this at the section IV İsmail Kahraman Cd. plant. Size follows the customer pallet plan. Cutting is planned by pad quantity.
PP Corrugated Sheet Production
PP corrugated sheet production is MOS Plastik’s main line in Manisa OSB. Sheet is drawn for layer pads and boxes. The plant started on 1 December 2023. Line speed follows order thickness.
