Aluminium Lighting Profiles
The aluminium body profiles for lighting fixtures in Mesan Metal's catalogue have unit weights between 0.4 and 1.5 kg/m and widths of 43–113 mm; for example, profile 11-1996 is 51.15 mm wide with a 1.8 mm wall and weighs 0.515 kg/m. The profiles can be supplied powder coated or anodised.
Aluminium Facade Profiles
Mesan Metal's facade profile catalogue covers box-type transom and mullion profiles 50 mm wide and 86–154 mm deep, together with connection and cover profiles. For example, profile 08-1092 measures 154 x 50 mm with a 2.2 mm wall and weighs 2.500 kg/m. The profiles are extruded at the Çorlu plant from 1000 and 6000 series alloys.
Thermally Insulated Aluminium Window Profiles
A series of frame, sash and joining profiles for thermally insulated window, door and sliding systems; the catalogue includes profiles coded 2500-01, 2505-06, 2517-18 and 2534 with assembly details. Crimping of the thermal insulation barrier is carried out in Mesan Metal's mechanical processing department on a thermal barrier crimping machine.

Aluminium Anodising
The anodising plant has an annual surface treatment capacity of 15,000 tons and applies 1–25 micron anodic coatings to profile surfaces. With 3 anodising baths, 3 rectifiers of 15,000 amperes and 3 colouring baths, natural, black, yellow, brown and bronze shades are achieved on profiles up to 7 metres; 2 automatic polishing machines and 1 satin finishing machine produce bright and satin surfaces. Processes comply with QUALANOD standards.
Aluminium Profile Powder Coating
Mesan Metal's paint shop has a monthly capacity of 1,000 tons of aluminium profile coating and paints profiles up to 8 metres to RAL codes or special designs in line with Qualicoat standards. A self-cleaning Wagner booth with 16 electrostatic powder guns, a power and free conveyor running at 2–5 m/min and a Botersan oven operating at 180–210 °C are used.
Custom Aluminium Profile Extrusion and Die Design
At the Çorlu plant, four presses of 2750, 1880, 1100 and 900 tons with an annual capacity of 22,000 tons produce profiles from 30 g/m to 20 kg/m using 1000 and 6000 series raw materials. The die shop designs standard and custom dies on CNC, lathe, milling, sinker and wire EDM machines, producing around 2,500 dies a year. The mechanical processing department machines profiles up to 120 x 80 mm in a single operation.
