Gravity Roller Conveyor
Gravity roller conveyors are used on assembly lines to move goods between nearby stations and to accumulate at the end. A 3–5 degree slope lets gravity carry the load; cartons can also be pushed by hand or machine. Roller pitch, diameter and material follow the product; aluminium, galvanized, chrome-plated or rubber-coated rollers are used. Diameters include 114, 100, 89, 80, 60, 51, 40 and 30 mm. Applications include pallet handling, X-ray infeed, airport lines, roller racking, work tables and assembly; cost is lower than powered roller conveyors.
Rubber Belt Conveyor
Rubber belt conveyors are used as heavy-industry conveyors because they resist heat, chemicals and impact. They carry scrap, stone, sand, gravel, fertilizer and soil, and are also used in corrugated board, recycling, marble and airport baggage lines. Belts are typically black, chevron or profiled for inclined runs; NBR nitrile rubber is chosen for chemical products. The belt is supported on triple stations, plain rollers or impact rollers; frames are usually painted ST 37 steel, built straight, vertical or curved on a single motor.
PVC Belt Conveyor
PVC belt conveyors are built to the required angle, belt type, belt thickness and dimensions, including aluminium-frame, sigma-profile frame, work-table and guarded versions. The belt-conveyor range also covers rubber, modular, PTFE and metal belts. Typical uses are automotive, logistics, printing, textile, packaging, aviation, agriculture and electrical-electronics lines.

Accordion Conveyor Manufacturing
Accordion conveyors extend to the required open length and load, curve left or right, and can be inclined so goods run freely. Castors and adjustable feet move them between areas. Product travels on 40–55 mm plastic wheels or rollers; construction is galvanized, steel-roller, plastic-roller, rubber-coated roller or plastic skate-wheel. Table sizes: open length 360–2400 mm, closed length 1000–6000 mm, height 700–900 mm adjustable, capacity 120 kg/m, roller OD 40 mm, 70 mm braked wheels. Used in packaging, cargo, food, automotive, furniture and textile for machine-to-machine transfer, vehicle loading/unloading and changing production points.
Conveyor Roller and Sprocket Roller Manufacturing
Conveyor equipment manufacturing covers elevator drums, polyurethane-coated drums, tail and take-up drums, ready conveyor rollers, idler and heavy-duty carrying rollers, and 2-/3-roller stations. Sprocket rollers in single or double row transfer motor drive to the other rollers; systems run with one motor in one direction, with speed adjustment. Typical sizes include Ø 50×1.5 mm Z11 1/2-inch plastic sprockets, Ø 50×1.5 mm Z14 double-row plastic, 3/8–5/8 Z8–Z30 metal single/double-row sprockets and custom metal sprockets.
Truck Loading Conveyor Manufacturing
Mobile truck and lorry loading conveyors are built as belt loading lines to the required duty. The MDS truck-loading belt is designed to cut handling effort, save time and reduce labour on vehicle loading. Heavy-duty wheels with brake support put workplace safety first. The loading-conveyor range also includes telescopic conveyors and can be combined with accordion lines for powered or unpowered transfer from warehouse to vehicle.
