Marinsu Insulation serves yacht and shipbuilding, industrial plants and housing construction with vibration, noise, thermal, A-60 fire-barrier and anti-condensation insulation materials, as well as panel and decking systems. With the materials it holds, Marinsu has identified the gaps of classical insulation on yachts, mega-yachts, commercial ships and industrial plants, and carries out fast, effective, economical and long-life insulation applications.
Ready-to-use insulation coatings and materials are supplied, with process-specific insulation methods. The materials assist with vibration control, sound control, A-60 fire barrier, personnel protection from heat, energy saving and minimising or eliminating moisture and condensation.

Aluminium honeycomb panels
The Panels category states honeycomb-core and composite honeycomb panels are produced for architecture, industrial plants and shipbuilding where low weight and high strength are required. Aluminium honeycomb panel is published as twice as strong as classic ACP and 2 kg/m² lighter. News states Marinsu took the Turkey distributorship of Honeyfei decking and panel systems; class-certified honeycomb sandwich panels are used on ship floors, ceilings and side walls. SOUNDECK sandwich acoustic panel
The SOUNDECK page describes a laminated acoustic panel with two marine-plywood faces (generally okoume) around a constrained acoustic layer (Soundeck Heavy Mass Core, ACM17 and ACM15). The heavy mass core is bitumen-free and non-toxic; ACM17/ACM15 are Amorim cork-rubber cores. Rw 40 dB is published at 16 and 22 mm; a news item states SOUNDECK Heavy meets EN 45545-2:2013 (R10) HL3 for rail vehicles. Core density is given from 150 to 2300 kg/m³. Supplied from IDOSB Dolap Sk. SpreFix spray rockwool and glasswool
The SpreFix page describes spray-on insulation for fire, sound, condensation and thermal control. SpreFix G is glasswool-based, EU-Class 0, white, non-flammable, density 45–55 kg/m³, used for thermal, acoustic, condensation and interior structure. SpreFix S is rockwool-based, grey, density 140–160 kg/m³, used where fire insulation is required; it is stated to have passed class-society fire tests for shipbuilding.
