Jowat Hot Melt Adhesives (EVA / PO)
Koçak Endüstri supplies Jowat hot melts for fast lines, packaging, labelling and series applications. PO or EVA hot melt is considered for carton closing; EVA families for standard edge banding. Jowat 280.30 / 280.31 EVA hot melt appears in the technical showcase. Selection is by material, machine and process conditions using TDS. Supply runs from Ataşehir Yedpa Trade Center under the Koçak legal entity, not as a Jowat Turkey OEM profile.
Jowatherm PUR 605.62 Reactive Hot Melt
Jowatherm PUR 605.62 reactive PUR hot melt is catalogued for wrapping wood-based profiles. Reactive hot melt is heated and applied as a melt; physical set on cooling is followed by moisture cross-linking, raising resistance to moisture, heat and chemicals. Koçak presents PUR under high strength, humidity/heat performance and reactive hot-melt applications. 605.65 (versatile profile wrapping) and 605.68 (thick, difficult laminates) are listed in the same family. Turkish and English TDS are reached from Koçak’s product centre.
Mayer PSA and EVA Industrial Glues
The Mayer Adhesives family is published at Koçak as hot melt, water-based, PSA and PUR. The site lists about 20 Mayer products, technical filters and TDS/MSDS request. PSA sits under pressure-sensitive adhesives; EVA is considered for edge banding and packaging lines. Industrial Adhesive Grade Selection and TDS Support
Koçak Endüstri offers technical guidance, published TDS access and quotes so the right product family is reached for material, machine and process conditions. Jowat adhesive solutions cover EVA, PO, PUR hot melt, PSA and dispersion technologies. Technical data can be viewed in Turkish and English by product code. The quote form lists carton closing, edge banding, profile wrapping, 3D membrane, flat lamination, wood D3/D4, labelling, filter, automotive interior trim and textile lamination. The office is at Yedpa Trade Center, Ataşehir.
Edge-Banding EVA/PUR and Riepe Process Chemistry
In furniture edge banding, EVA is compared technically for economical fast production and PUR for a thin bondline with humidity and heat resistance. EVA/PUR options are published for PVC, ABS, PP, PET and decorative edge bands. Riepe process chemicals (release, cleaner, coolant, lubricant) are taken in the same control sequence. Jowat 930.74 PUR hot-melt cleaner and 931.00 EVA/PO flushing agent are in the catalogue. Koçak offers this package from Yedpa on a technical quote; it is not sold as a dispensing machine.
Lamination, Profile Wrapping and Textile Bonding Support
Activity areas define lamination and profile as foil, panel, textile and surface coating. Reactive PUR 605.62/605.65/605.68 are for wood-based profile wrapping and thick lamination materials.
