About
Kimpa Kimya San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. was founded in 1981. Aiming at chemical marketing, KIMPA entered the sector by trading all kinds of chemicals and plastic raw materials. In later years it added printed and unprinted reel production to raw-material sales.
In 1982 it bought two more blow-moulding machines and expanded into paint-can manufacture. In 1987 it bought a film machine and started shrink-nylon production. The range later widened to printed and unprinted polyethylene film rolls and bags for retail, food, textile, white goods, pulses packaging and lamination.
In 2003 Kimpa moved to its Tuzla plants. It now has two production buildings and continues at 500 tonnes per month. It holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000.
