Under installation, commissioning and supervision, the installation process is managed; commissioning steps are checked on site; combustion settings and safety chains are verified; operators are taught correct operation, not merely how to start the system. Production does not go through trial and error and runs at full capacity from the first days.A single technical centre during the hire: maintenance, operating safety, performance deviations and technical coordination are managed from one centre. Purchasing and production are not left between different firms. The main purchasing risk — who is responsible if something goes wrong — is removed by this structure.
