T-Shirt Bags
HDPE-LDPE vest bags are used in many fields, especially retail and food. 1 to 8 colour digital print is applied. Raw material is HDPE or LDPE. Kaplan Plastik has produced this group at Mermerciler Sanayi Sitesi since 1979.
Patch Handle Bags
A patch card is placed behind the die-cut handle; used for pharmacy, medicine, jewellery and retail. 8-colour print; LDPE/MDPE/HDPE coex or mono. Higher tensile strength and an eco-friendly additive option are stated on the English product page.
Soft Loop Handle Bags
Loop/soft-handle bags take 8-colour ground, line and CMYK print and are produced for retail. An eco-friendly additive option is available. Raw material is LDPE / MDPE / HDPE, coex or mono. On the cutting line the film is converted into soft-loop bags; Kaplan Plastik has produced this group at Mermerciler Sanayi Sitesi since 1979.
Services
Extrusion
Film is produced from granule raw material; the required width, thickness and colour are set under computer control. This semi-finished film feeds the print and cutting lines. Kaplan Plastik defines the extruder line on the about page as the first step of production.
Bag Converting
Film is cut into vest bags, patch-handle bags, soft-loop bags, refrigerator bags, nylon bags and gelatin. The cutting line is the production step after extruder and print on the about page. Retail, food and store bags are brought to final form on this line.
Printing / 8-Colour Print
Print of up to 8 colours is applied on the film. 1–8 colour digital/ground/line/CMYK print is stated on the T-shirt, soft-loop and patch-handle product pages. The print line is one of the production steps on the about page.
