About
Inter Abrasiv, founded in 1993, operated in Çiğli, İzmir between 1996-2009. It established the first sanding line in 1997 and started to produce end products such as discs, endless tape and roll cloth as well as coated cloth and fibre jumbo rolls. In 2009 it moved to its new production facility in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone, invested in a new coated sanding line and started cutting and abrasive stone production as of 2020.
INTER ABRASIV, rising in jumbo cloth abrasive production and commercial products, is among the world’s leading manufacturers of fibre disc and flap disc sanders. It has had a significant share in the global market with a growth rate of more than ten times in flap disc production. It aims to announce quality identified with the Interflex brand to the whole world.

Fibre Disc
Fibre disc is the commercial product Inter Abrasiv leads with flap disc. It is made at Hasan Türek Bulvarı No:34-36, Manisa OSB. The new coated line from 2009 cuts this disc. Grit and diameter follow the customer application.
Flap Disc

Jumbo Cloth Roll
Jumbo cloth roll is the main output of the coated sanding line. After the 1997 first line, disc, tape and roll cloth come from this roll. The 2009 Manisa investment grew capacity. Width and grit follow the customer cutting plan.
