About
As HiLLTeknoSİS we work with an experienced and dedicated team as one of the world’s first 10 and Turkey’s first and only domestic vacuum-pump manufacturer. We bring high-technology vacuum pumps into being by projectizing them with TÜBİTAK and KOSGEB support. As a result of 15 years of dedicated work we serve university R&D centres in nanotechnology, space research and many other industrial fields. In these processes we aim to work in cooperation with you and offer the most suitable special solutions.
After starting in 2009 as Technical Manager at Bilkent University UNAM (National Nanotechnology Research Center) and serving 13 years in a technology- and R&D-based working life, I documented the experience and knowledge of those years with patent applications in various fields. After that stage we founded HillTeknosis and succeeded in becoming Turkey’s first and only company producing vacuum pumps. We succeeded in recording important stages by using KOSGEB and TÜBİTAK supports to realize our projects. We are still at the beginning of the road; there are many vacuum-pump models waiting to be made. Our target is to be the leader in the vacuum-technologies sector in our country. Then we plan a solid entry into the sector worldwide. I am sure we will succeed with the support of our solution partners.

Oil-Less Piston Vacuum Pump
Oil-less piston-type vacuum pump production: R&D and work to prepare the piston vacuum pump for serial production continue. It will be offered to users as soon as possible. Capacity and features: 56 dB noise level, 8 kg weight, 700 torr 105 L/min, 220 volt. Developed at the Çukurova University Teknokent facility in Sarıçam / Adana.
Scroll Vacuum Pump HT00002
Stock code HT00002. Oil-free dry-type (scroll) vacuum pump with 8–10 m3/h capacity and 10−2 mbar. It is produced domestically in Turkey. R&D and production of the local oil-free dry scroll vacuum pump were carried out with state support. Capacity is 10 m3/h at 10−2 mbar. The project aim was to complete R&D and make it ready for serial production. It has been completed successfully and is ready for use.
Screw Vacuum Pump
The screw-type vacuum pump is rapidly completing its production and design stages. These models, described on the site as the larger members of the family, are waiting to be shown. Production is planned to start at 100–150–200 m3/h capacities. It is not yet listed as a serial product; it is published on the site as an ongoing project.

Vacuum pump spare-part manufacture: we carry out aftermarket spare-part production for vacuum pumps of all brands and models. In our country there is an original spare-part problem on foreign-brand vacuum pumps. As also stated on the oil-type vacuum pump maintenance page, foreign products have a spare-part problem; the pumps in use go to waste every few years. We identify the faulty parts of your vacuum pumps and produce a new one in a better way than the original.
Oil Vacuum Pump Maintenance and Repair
We carry out maintenance and repair of oil-type vacuum pumps of all brands and models. There is also a spare-part problem on foreign products. For that reason the vacuum pumps in use go to waste every few years. We also eliminate this problem.
