AIRALT Dust Collectors
Dirty air enters the hopper; with a sudden speed drop and a first-stage impact filter, large particles fall into the dust bin. Fine particles pass to the cartridges (AIRALT) or bags (AIRALT/M); air flows outside-in and dust collects on the outer surface. Jet-pulse cleaning blows compressed air inside-out. GRINDEX Grinding Dust Extractors
GRINDEX is made for dry grinding and tool sharpening, and for places where incandescent particles could damage filters. A water pre-separator extinguishes sparks before they reach the filter, cutting fire risk and pocket blinding. A manual mechanical shaker keeps efficiency. Extracted air can be returned to the room. Noise is about 70 dBA. High-permeability polyester pockets reach 95% efficiency, up to 99.99% in special duties. DF1 0.75 kW / 1450 m³/h; DF2 2.2 kW / 2280 m³/h.
Stationary Filter Units (IPERJET DF)
IPERJET DF is fitted with horizontal cartridges for welding fumes, fine and coarse dust, small particles and fumes from thermal cutting. It is for indoor use. Where local rules allow, filtered air can be returned to the room to save energy. A separator zone at the inlet drops most dust into the first tank; remaining dust is filtered into a second tank. The onboard high-performance fan runs at high suction and low noise. DF4 2200 m³/h, DF6 4000 m³/h, DF9 6500 m³/h; cartridges Ø325 × H750 mm, IFA/BGIA M PES polyester.

Coral Dust Collection Supply
HAVAK became distributor of Coral, one of Europe’s industrial ventilation manufacturers. Sold industrial lines include central dust collectors, central high-vacuum units, oil-mist extractors, mobile fume/dust extractors, VOC and gas filtration, IPERJET DF stationary filters and GRINDEX grinding-dust extractors. ATEX dust collection is listed among products sold.
Industrial Ventilation Engineering
Engineers analyse customer needs, offer solutions, or survey on site and produce project-specific solutions. In 2015 Havak took the Turkey distributorship of Italian Coral industrial dust collectors. Coral has made fume and dust extraction, filter units, exhaust extraction, high vacuum and ATEX equipment in Italy since 1958. TAI Ankara used a Coral Airalt ATEX industrial dust collector.
