Paper and Packaging PVA Glue
PVA for the paper and packaging industry is intended for side gluing on Flexco and Super Flexco inline machines. Special grades are offered by drying time and viscosity according to the application environment and working system. GFS also lists labelling, packing and box-closing adhesives under packaging. They are supplied from Bursa as industrial glue under the HB Fuller distributorship. Open time and viscosity are chosen for line speed.
Polyurethane Hotmelt Adhesives (PUR-HM)
Polyurethane hotmelt adhesives are the versatile thermoset group known as PUR-HM. They offer a wide temperature resistance range and high moisture and solvent resistance for indoor and outdoor use. Typical applications are profile wrapping, flat lamination, edge banding, PVC windows, textile lamination, automotive and home appliances. GFS Kimya supplies this group from Nilüfer/Bursa as HB Fuller’s Turkey distributor.
Textile Lamination Hotmelt Adhesives
Hotmelt adhesives used in membrane and fabric lamination are listed in GFS Kimya’s sector applications. The PUR-HM group explicitly covers textile lamination and is suitable indoors and outdoors given moisture and solvent resistance. The same portfolio also lists adhesives for fabric, carpet edge and shoe felt. The grade is selected from the HB Fuller family via GFS according to the line and application environment. Shipments leave Alaaddinbey, İzmir Yolu Cad., Nilüfer.

Wood and Furniture Lamination Adhesive Selection
Wood and furniture applications published by GFS include laminate surfaces, paper coating, PVC-PP lamination, finish foil hot and cold work, profile-wrapping adhesives for baseboards and door frames, edge banding and curved edges. PUR-HM also covers edge banding and profile wrapping. The grade is selected with GFS technical staff by substrate and line speed. Samples and shipments are planned from the Nilüfer, Bursa office.
