Lift gas spring
Flexlift lift gas springs work with nitrogen and special oil as push/pull units with slow opening, load relief and hold at end of stroke without push-back. Types 6-15 through 14-27; e.g. 6/15 rod 6 mm, tube 15 mm, 50–400 N, stroke 20–150 mm, −30/+80 °C, life 10,000 m. Uses: car hoods/trunks, bus seats, bed bases, kitchen doors, medical equipment and machinery.
Stainless steel gas spring
Stainless gas springs are preferred in marine, food and medical industries that need high corrosion resistance; the working principle matches standard lift units. Rod 6–10 mm, tube 15–27 mm, force 10–1500 N, stroke 10–500 mm, extended length 90–1000 mm, −30/+80 °C, life 10,000 m. Nitrogen and special oil provide push/pull.
Valve-adjustable gas spring
The valve gas spring’s main feature is user-adjustable pressure, so a load calculation is not required. Force tolerance is ±5%, length ±2 mm, operating −30 °C / +80 °C, life 10,000 m. The type table runs rod/tube 6/15 to 14/27 and force 10–2700 N.
