We produce wooden packaging for transport and logistics to a high quality standard. ISPM-15 certified production and our own 250 m³ heat-treatment kiln make export-ready output.
ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 10002 systems are in place. 24/7 shifts give continuous production and undamaged fast shipment. Products: wooden export crates, cage crates, plywood crates with wood frames, fair crates, F-Pack, collapsible crates, EURO pallets and custom pallets. The plant is at Muradiye, 20(OSB) Sk. Aven No:11/C Yunusemre/Manisa.

EURO pallets are on the product list. ISPM-15 heat treatment is applied in the same 250 m³ kiln. The Muradiye OSB plant is ISO 9001 certified. Size follows the EUR standard. 24/7 shifts keep pallet production continuous.
Custom-Size Pallet
Custom-size pallets are made to order. 24/7 shifts give continuous production. The Muradiye 20(OSB) Street plant marks ISPM-15. Dimensions follow the load base. Custom-Size Pallet is made at the Muradiye plant.

Export-crate manufacturing is a FirstPack service. ISPM-15 and the 250 m³ kiln are in Muradiye OSB. ISO 9001 is certified. The crate is built to the load drawing and weight. Export-Crate Manufacturing is made at the Muradiye plant.
Custom-Crate Manufacturing
Custom-crate manufacturing is a separate service. 24/7 shifts give continuous production. The Muradiye 20(OSB) Street plant runs this with the pallet line. Size follows customer CAD/measure. Custom-Crate Manufacturing is made at the Muradiye plant.
On-Site Packaging
On-site packaging is on the services list. ISPM-15 marked material goes from Muradiye OSB to the field. ISO 45001 H&S is certified. The crew crates at the cargo site. On-Site Packaging is made at the Muradiye plant.
