Barium Sulphate (Barite)
Barite or Barium Sulphate, with its chemical formula BaSO4, is used as a filler in various sectors. The essential component of our Barium Sulphate is the density value of 4.0-4.2 g/cm3; the micronized products come from mines in Turkey. Excellent brightness, high purity and density, low oil absorption, good dispersion and affinity, low solubility and chemical inertness, narrow particle size. Codes: EUKIM BARYT TB 1, TB 5, TB 15, TB 20. Supplied to radiocontrast agent, paints, automotive and plastic sectors.
Calcium Carbonate (Calcite)
Ultrafine calcium carbonate (multi-functional filler), coated and uncoated micronized calcium carbonate and granulated calcium carbonate. Mining and manufacturing sites in Turkey, own formulation and know-how with more than 20 years of experience, latest German-brand grinding technologies; ultrafine grades with D50 0.80 µ, whiteness up to 99%, brightness up to 97%, free from asbestos and heavy metals, titanium dioxide extender. Talc
Talc is the world's softest mineral, a hydrated magnesium sheet silicate with the chemical formula Mg3Si4O10(OH)2. Micro and macro-crystalline talc; high purity, whiteness up to 99% and brightness up to 97%, ultrafine grades with D50 1.50 µ, free from asbestos and heavy metals, titanium dioxide extender. Codes: EUKIM TALCUM TT 3 NX, TT 5 NX, TT 10 NX, TT 20 NX, TT Premium etc. Supplied to plastic, food and paint industries; 100,000 mt annual mining capacity.

Mining
As an owner of fascinating mines, EUKIM extracts industrial minerals from its mining plant at Akkoç Köyü, Sivas, and processes materials from its most fascinating mines. Annual mining capacity for talc is 100,000 mt. Raw materials for the paint and plastic industries are supplied from pure and white calcite quarries in Turkey as well as barite, kaolin and dolomite sources.
Micronized Mineral Production and Custom Grades
At the production facility at Kayseri-Ankara Highway 60th km, Kalaba-Avanos/Nevşehir, ultrafine and micronized grades are produced with the latest German-brand grinding technologies, supported by a high-tech laboratory with all technical equipment. Customized 'tailor made' products, short lead and delivery times, and logistic and warehouse solutions for each area are offered.
Application and Technical Support
Technical support is provided through technicians directly in the customer's company for product applications and developments. Regular visits to customers are made by competent staff and partners, with feedback on customer requests within 24 hours. New product inquiries, except for those listed, are welcome through the vast worldwide network.
