About
Under the ESKA METAL brand, since 2003 we have operated in roof and facade cladding and insulation of industrial buildings, expanding product and application range from a national network into international markets.
Head office is in Istanbul. The first factory operates in Gaziantep in 15,000 m² closed area; the second factory started in Yalova in 2023. Sheet-processing capacity is 50,000 tonnes/year in Gaziantep and 75,000 tonnes/year in Yalova, totalling 125,000 tonnes/year.
The machine park includes trapezoidal rollforming, standing-seam, cassette, cut-to-length, coil slitting, guillotine and press-brake, and C-Z-Sigma purlin lines, with 30 technical staff, 25 administrative staff and more than 300 employees.

Standing-Seam Sheet
Standing-seam sheet is an Eska Metal seam-system product. The second factory in Yalova Machinery Specialized OSB (Kılıç) opened in 2023. Seam lines run in the same plant as trapezoidal rollforming and cassette systems. Standing seam is used as weathertight covering on industrial roofs. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, EN 1090 and CE are published.
Cassette Facade Cladding
Cassette facade cladding is in the Eska Metal range; cassette rollforming machines are listed in the machine park. The company also publishes roof and facade installation. Cassette panels are used on industrial and commercial facades. Production is at the Gaziantep and Yalova plants with more than 300 employees.
Trapezoidal Standing-Seam Sheet
Trapezoidal standing-seam sheet is an Eska Metal roofing product. Since 2003 the company has manufactured industrial roof and facade cladding; it publishes 125,000 tonnes/year of sheet processing (Gaziantep 50,000, Yalova 75,000). The machine park includes standing-seam and seam-radius machines. Standing-seam sheet is used on locked roof coverings.

Cut to Length
Cut-to-length is published in Eska Metal’s machine park as a CTL line. Coil is cut to sheet length before trapezoidal and seam forming. It is part of Gaziantep 50,000 and Yalova 75,000 tonnes/year capacity. It is used to prepare sheet for roof and facade production.
Roof Application
Roof application is the installation service Eska Metal publishes beside its sales unit. Trapezoidal, standing-seam and sandwich roof coverings are laid on site. Production is at Gaziantep and Yalova with 125,000 tonnes/year of sheet processing. It is used as manufacturer-installer on industrial building roofs. EN 1090 and CE are published.
Facade Application
Facade application is Eska Metal installing cassette and trapezoidal facade cladding on site. The cassette rollforming line produces the panel in the factory; the application unit fixes it on the jobsite. More than 300 employees and 30 technical staff are in the about text. It is used on industrial and commercial facades.
