Erman Textile's socks facility runs 241 automatic socks machines with hand linking capability (needle counts from 36 to 400, including 55 machines with 200 needles and 50 with 156 needles), plus 4 tagatory machines, 4 detexomat machines and 1 fix steam machine. This setup delivers a production capacity of 300,000 pairs of socks per month for private-label customers, with low MOQ starting from 600 pairs and fast sampling support.
Casualwear
Casualwear is produced as custom private-label garments. Digital pattern-making software compatible with GERBER/LECTRA develops paper patterns to customer measurements. Optional printing and embroidery (rubber raised, 3D, sublimation, digital prints, laser embroideries, glitter and more) plus tailored packing and labeling are available. Quality control follows AQL standards from incoming materials through final inspection.
Sportswear
Erman Textile produces custom private-label sportswear, matching fabric quality and accessory requirements through its supplier network. In-house apparel capacity includes a digital automatic cutting machine (30,000 pieces daily), overlock and single-stitch machines, supporting up to 90,000 pieces monthly. Minimum order quantity starts at 300 pieces, with typical production lead times around four weeks.

Socks Production Service
The socks production service operates 241 automatic socks machines with hand linking, 4 tagatory, 4 detexomat and 1 fix steam machine, for 300,000 pairs monthly capacity. Needle counts range from 36 to 400 needles (including 55×200-needle and 50×156-needle machines) for flexible sock constructions. After sampling, bulk production is planned and export logistics (courier, truck to Europe, air or seaway) are arranged to customer preference.
Pattern Development for Customized Orders
Digital pattern-making software compatible with GERBER/LECTRA is used to develop paper patterns customized to customer measurements, ensuring precision for individual garment specifications. Fabric quality and accessory requirements are researched and offers are tailored considering order quantity and unit consumption. Collection and sample making are typically completed within one week.
Private Label / OEM Apparel Manufacturing
Since 1990 Erman Textile has provided end-to-end private-label and OEM apparel manufacturing in Turkey for foreign customers. Fabric and accessory research, pattern development, printing/embroidery, packing, sampling, pricing, Incoterms/payment setup and production planning are handled as one sourcing partner. Low MOQ starts at 300 apparel pieces and 600 sock pairs, with typical lead times within a maximum of 4–6 weeks.
