Erköse A.Ş. initiated its textile investments in 1980 and has been manufacturing knit underwear and swimwear with an accumulated knowledge and experience of almost 35 years. Organic production is carried out with the OCS 100 and OCS Blended certificates. Erköse Tekstil, carrying out its production in a total area of 4000 m2 in Istanbul Maltepe, is manufacturing for internationally renowned brands as well as Turkish brands. All essential physical tests are carried out in its own laboratory which is accredited by a variety of clients and international independent laboratories. This provides a competitive advantage for short term deliveries. All production activities are performed in-house and in accordance with international working standards. The design and sample team follows current trends and creates seasonal collections for customers. The machine park includes a Lectra Vector 5000 cutter, Güven Çelik fabric QC machine, Gemser heat-transfer press, overlock, coverstitch, single-needle, zigzag and special machines, plus a Lock Inspection needle detector.
