Drip Irrigation Pipe
Drip irrigation pipe used for agricultural irrigation is the method farmers prefer most when growing crops. In this system water is given as droplets directly to the root zone; the aim is to irrigate frequently and little by little. This type of irrigation can be used on both fertilised and unfertilised soils, and water pressure is kept low. Technical parts: distributor dripper, water tank, drip irrigation pipe and irrigation-water filters. Low-pressure water saves energy.
Flat Drip Irrigation Pipe
Compared with round drip irrigation pipe, these are irrigation pipes for watering plants over longer distances, generally thinner-walled, with flatter emitters. Irrigation can be applied at set intervals. Watering is applied directly to the crop root. Specially designed emitters keep the chance of clogging to a minimum. Ergünbaş Pipe serves farmers with a range in 16, 17, 20 and 22 mm diameters, dripping 1.6 and 2.2 litres per hour, with wall thickness from 6 mil to 24 mil.
Round Drip Irrigation Pipe
Compared with flat drip irrigation pipe, these are irrigation pipes for watering plants over shorter distances, generally thicker-walled, with rounder emitters. Ergünbaş Pipe manufactures round drip irrigation pipes in 16 and 20 mm diameters and between 0.9–1.2 mm wall thickness, designed for shorter distances. Coil lengths are 200 m and 400 m and they can drip from 2 to 4 litres of water per hour.

Hatay and Algeria drip pipe manufacturing
Pipe production unit: drip and sprinkler irrigation pipes and fittings for agriculture with a state-of-the-art machine park. Homepage: polyethylene (PE) irrigation pipe production and sales for agriculture, under the Ergünbaş Pipe brand, serve the world from the Algeria plants. The first plant opened in Hatay in 2011; total plant area 73,000 m², more than 600 employees. Sprinkler irrigation pipe manufacturing
About: under the Ergünbaş Pipe brand, with a state-of-the-art machine park, the company manufactures drip and sprinkler irrigation pipes and fittings to meet needs in agriculture. Homepage: a sprinkler irrigation system is, as the name indicates, an irrigation system similar to rain; water is sprayed into the air through a pipe system. Production and sale of polyethylene (PE) irrigation pipes for agriculture are run from the Hatay and Algeria plants. No diameter, PN or ATM table for sprinkler pipe is published on the site.
Flat-emitter drip line manufacturing
Flat drip irrigation pipe in 16, 17, 20 and 22 mm diameters; drips 1.6 and 2.2 litres of water per hour; wall thickness from 6 mil to 24 mil. Compared with round drip it waters plants over longer distances; wall is generally thinner and emitters flatter. Annual and perennial crops; fertilised and unfertilised fields; long distance / wide land. Emitter spacing is not given as a millimetre figure on the site; it is described as ‘at set intervals’. Production is on the Hatay drip-pipe line.
