About
Trading began in 1996 when Mr Suphi Toros opened Toroslar Boru in a 100 m² shop at İzmir 1st Industrial Site, in pipe and profile.
In 2001 the firm became Ege Toros Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. In 2005 it added 3,000 m² open and 1,500 m² indoor area in Kemalpaşa; in 2010 10,000 m² open and 5,000 m² indoor in Menderes.
In Torbalı, a plant started in 2019 and finished in 1.5 years on own funds: 35,000 m² open and 20,000 m² indoor, adding sandwich panel, trapezoidal, press-brake, shear and industrial lines. First export to Germany was in February 2021. Ege Toros Group today employs over 100 people on 48,000 m open and 27,000 m indoor area.

3-Rib Roof Sandwich Panel EP-3R
EP-3R roof panel uses 0.30–0.80 mm steel and lengths 2.5–15 m. PUR 38–42 / PIR 42–45 kg/m³; U-value 0.49–0.11 W/m²K per TS EN 14509. Reaction to fire PUR B-s2,d0 / PIR B-s1,d0. Produced in Torbalı.
Concealed-Fix Facade Panel EP-HW
EP-HW concealed-fix facade panel is produced in the same PUR/PIR density and fire range as the roof panel. Load tables are published on the product page. Steel and colour follow the project. Dispatch is from the Çapak, Torbalı plant.
Cold Room Panel EP-CRP
EP-CRP cold-room panel uses 0.40–0.80 mm steel; PUR 40–42 / PIR 42–45 kg/m³. U-values 0.27–0.11 W/m²K: at 80 mm R 3.7 / U 0.27; at 200 mm R 9.19 / U 0.11. Produced in Torbalı.
Services
Export and Delivery
First export was to Germany in February 2021. The homepage stresses on-time delivery. Panels and trapezoidal sheet leave the same Torbalı dispatch. Quantities are prepared from the group’s open and indoor stock.
Sandwich Panel Manufacturing
A sandwich-panel line runs on 35,000 m² open and 20,000 m² indoor area in Torbalı. After the 2019 investment, first export to Germany was in 2021. Roof, facade and cold-room panels are cut in the same plant. The group employs over 100 people.
Trapezoidal and Sheet Processing
The About page lists trapezoidal, press-brake and shear investments. Sheet, pipe, profile and mill products are completed from stock. The industrial line shares the Torbalı campus with sandwich production. Delivery is planned to the project address.
