About
Davut Panel ve Sac San. Tic. A.Ş. laid the foundation of its polyurethane sandwich-panel plant in Adana Hacı Sabancı OSB in May 2011. In June 2012 it started on 35 decares with 10,000 m² indoor production and a 540 m² office. Adana was chosen for the growing Adana–Osmaniye industry and proximity to Mersin and Iskenderun–Dörtyol ports.
Activity is polyurethane sandwich-panel production at 2.5 million m²/year plus accessories.

3-Rib Sandwich Roof Panel
3-rib roof panel is produced on the PUR line in Adana Hacı Sabancı OSB. The materials page states 90–95% closed-cell polyurethane, PIR as fire-improved PUR, density from 30–40 kg/m³, no water absorption and dimensional stability −30/+80 °C. Annual capacity is 2.5 million m². The product page is a drawing without a long specification text.
5-Rib Sandwich Roof Panel
5-rib roof panel is made in the same PUR plant. The polyurethane core is closed-cell and does not absorb water; PIR is the fire-improved option. It is cut in 10,000 m² indoor area on a 35-decare OSB plot. A drawing is published on the product page.
Cold Store Sandwich Panel
Cold-store panel is produced as PUR-cored sandwich. The Adana OSB plant has 2.5 million m²/year panel and accessory capacity. The product list shows cold-store panel as a separate item. Dispatch leaves the Sarıçam plot near the ports.

PUR sandwich panels have been produced in 10,000 m² indoor area since June 2012. Annual capacity is 2.5 million m². The foundation was laid in May 2011 in Hacı Sabancı OSB. A 540 m² office sits on the same plot.
Handling and Stacking
A handling, unloading and stacking page is published. Panels from the 10,000 m² hall ship on pallets. Proximity to ports is given as a reason for the location. Installation notes sit in the same menu.
