Glass Reactors and Process Glass Systems
Laboratory glassware and process glass systems made of borosilicate and quartz glass are manufactured at Çalışkanlab’s production facility in Ankara. Glass reactors, distillation systems, condensers, manifolds, connectors and customer-specific glass assemblies are engineered and produced by an experienced team. PTFE equipment and accessories compatible with glass reactors are also supplied for applications where chemical resistance matters.
LB 8 Electronic – 8-Beaker Mashing Device
LB 8 Electronic is a laboratory mashing device with 8-beaker capacity used for malt and wort analysis, developed by Lochner Labor+Technik GmbH for Congress and Hartong analyses. Working temperature is 20 °C to approx. 95 °C, temperature setting accuracy ±0.1 °C, heating rate 0.5–1.5 °C/min, stirring speed 50–200 rpm and heating power 3,000 W. With stainless steel beakers, it is used in malt analysis laboratories and brewery quality control laboratories.
LOXK2000 VDMA Cabinet Lithium Battery Safety Cabinet
LOXK2000 VDMA Cabinet is a fire-resistant storage and charging cabinet for lithium-ion batteries, tested and certified to VDMA 24994. With outer dimensions of 1,995 x 1,141 x 758 mm, it has 4 height-adjustable fire-resistant shelves (max. 70 kg per shelf), 8 sockets of 16 A on each level, a smoke and temperature detection system and self-closing doors with multi-point locking. It can optionally be equipped with a certified aerosol fire extinguishing system (AFX 150).

Glass and PTFE Laboratory Products
In addition to standard products, application-specific borosilicate glass, quartz glass and PTFE products are offered. Within the Cowie and BOLA product groups, laboratory items such as stirrer bearings, stirrer shafts, PTFE vessels, valves, stopcocks, connectors, seals and temperature sensors are supplied quickly from a large PTFE stock.
Laboratory Instruments and Process Equipment Manufacturing
Under the CLS Scientific brand, laboratory instruments and process equipment are manufactured at Çalışkanlab’s production facility in Ankara. Products in heating-cooling systems, thermocirculators, circulating baths and temperature control systems are designed and manufactured to high quality standards. In addition to production, application-specific instrument and system solutions are developed and offered to Turkish and international markets.
After-Sales Support and Technical Service
Through installation and commissioning, maintenance and repair, technical service and supply of original spare parts and accessories, the safe, efficient and long-lasting use of laboratory instruments, process equipment and glass systems is supported. Periodic maintenance plans and service schedules are set according to device condition after analysing usage frequency and technical requirements.
