Power and Distribution Panels (MCC, MDB, Compensation)
Custom power panels designed and built to IEC standards: motor control centres (MCC), main distribution boards (MDB) and compensation panels to prevent reactive power penalties. The panels are designed, assembled and commissioned by the company's own team; all work is delivered with a test report, and existing compensation panels are also revised.
SmartLogEnergy Energy Monitoring Software
Domestic Windows PC software that monitors a factory's energy consumption in real time over RS485/Modbus, independent of meter brand. It supports Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP/IP, 1200–115200 bps and Slave IDs 1–247; it needs no internet and stores data in a local SQLite database. It warns of reactive power penalties when the cos φ threshold is exceeded, exports daily/weekly/monthly reports to Excel, CSV and PDF, and monitors dozens of energy analysers from one application.
SmartLogEnergy IoT Gateway (Panel-Mount)
Panel-mount IoT Gateway device developed and produced in-house, running the SmartLogEnergy system in hardware inside the panel instead of on a PC. Over an RS485 (2-wire / 4-wire) physical interface it reads data brand-independently from energy analysers via Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP/IP, logs locally without an internet connection and generates reactive power warnings.

The whole process, from feasibility and survey to panel assembly, software commissioning and field maintenance, is run by a single engineering team without subcontractors; Industry 4.0 compatible solutions are offered.
PLC Programming
Industrial automation software development on Siemens S7-1200/1500, Mitsubishi FX/Q series, Allen-Bradley and Delta PLC platforms. WinCC, iFIX and AVEVA integration is provided for automation systems; PLC software faults in existing machines are found on site and revised. Work is brand-independent and delivered with a test report.
SCADA and Data Acquisition (IoT)
SCADA software is developed to monitor all machines and lines across the factory from a single centre. With IoT infrastructure, SQL database integration and OEE/downtime analysis reporting, production data is collected centrally and the factory's digital transformation is achieved; WinCC, iFIX and AVEVA platforms are used.
