Air spring (bellow) production in approximately 4,000 m² closed area at Kayapa OSB, using sector-specific machines with high-pressure steam technology. Installed capacity target 500,000 units/year; climatic storage for rubber and derivatives. OEM-quality production for bus, tractor and trailer applications.
Air Spring Laboratory Testing Service
In-house laboratory performs metal, plastic and rubber material analyses; hardness, tensile strength, rheometer, growth-lift and leak tests. Periodic rubber lab tests and finished-product performance checks are carried out by specialist staff.
OEM Air Spring Product Development
