Since 2003, ARKOPA has been operating in Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone which is one of the most important furniture production centers of Turkey. ARKOPA continues to serve the rapidly changing furniture, decoration and construction industry with modern machinery lines, quality and service sustainability, continuous development approach and its expert team that renews itself every day.
ARKOPA; provides sub-industry services to furniture manufacturers with the production of semi-finished products & components in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
ARKOPA; produces human and environment-friendly products with technological machineries and expert team, with consideration of right price level for the high quality services. In 2011, its started to use SAP ERP systems for maximizing traceability.
ARKOPA; Creates suitable solutions for different furniture designs with R&D studies. It processes standart models and customised designs with MDF, Particleboard, Plywood, Solid wood and laminates decorative materials such as Acrylic, PVC, PET, PP, Laminate, CPL, HPL, Natural veneer, Finish foil and Impregnated Paper.
In International Quality Standards, ARKOPA serves its customers with semi-finished products such as Decorative Foil overlayed MDF and Particleboard Panel (Acrylic, Ultra High Gloss, Super Matt & Matt), Deep Textured and Registered Melamine Faced Panel, Standard and Customised Profiles, Wall Panel, Drawer, Postform Panel, Custom made Door, 5-Piece Door, Door Panels, Door Frames-Jambs and Skirtings. Additionally, it responds to customers’ ready-to-assemble component needs and special requests. Products
Drawer box
Arkopa drawer boxes are made as V-cut foldable and standard models; V-cut speeds assembly and cuts production loss. Joints use minifix, wood and plastic dowels. Hole patterns fit requested runner systems in standard or custom sizes, with colour options.
Ready / profile cabinet door
Ready doors are made as profile and panel doors in standard and custom thickness/size. Profile doors use 8 mm grooved MDF, dowel lock, 45° joints and invisible mounting; paintable foil is optional. HK 15–HK 275 codes and “you choose the colour, we produce” are listed.
Ultiface melamine-faced panel
Ultiface is a premium melamine decorative panel with deep texture and registered emboss; substrates are particleboard, MDF and décor paper. Uses include furniture, interiors, sliding doors, bath/kitchen doors and retail fit-out. Panels are cut and edge-banded; the site lists scratch resistance, hygienic surfaces and UF-01…UF-11 textures.

Furniture OEM semi-finished supply
About states Arkopa supplies furniture makers with semi-finished OEM production to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. Foil panels, melamine, profiles, wall lining, drawers, postform and door components fall in this scope. Delivery leaves the Kayseri OSB 17th Street No:2/C plant under SAP traceability.
Ready-to-assemble components
The timeline says 2016 investments in edgebanding and cutting started ready-to-assemble components, and 2019 brought the region’s largest ready drawer-box service. Ready doors and profile doors were added in 2021. About explicitly answers ready-to-assemble and special requests.
Custom design and R&D
Arkopa’s R&D processes standard and custom models for different furniture designs in MDF, particleboard, plywood and solid wood. Overlays are acrylic, PVC, PET, PP, laminate, natural veneer, finish foil and impregnated paper. SAP ERP has traced these custom jobs since 2011.
